Hi! Thank you for visiting my website
My name is Amelia (I go by Millie), and I have been gluten-free for over 20 years.
Remember back in the day when all you could eat was a plain chicken breast and a rice cracker? I used to bring my lunch and dinner ANYWHERE I ate out, and I mean anywhere.
In the past, I have embarrassed myself multiple times by bringing my yellow and blue lunch box to the nicest restaurants and family events! HAHA! Actually, I am not embarrassed at all! You gotta do what you gotta do.
But now, with the gluten-free scene changing so much, now I can eat out or eat at home and not feel left out! My goodness, how things have changed for the gluten-free community!
So now, with all the endless options, I figured I will just post my thoughts when I am eating all the gluten-free food I eat. I hope you enjoy it!
Throughout the reviews, I will refer to my husband as my “gluten guy.” My husband is gluten-free by preference (how nice is it that he eats gluten-free with me, right???)!
So unlike me, he has tasted gluten in the last few years, so he has a sharper sense for what products are truly good, and what products are fake tasting.
You know what I mean?
So, I will have him try all the products with me so that he can tell us how close to “normal” they taste!
My aim for this website is just to have fun and provide reviews for the gluten-free products that I eat. Hopefully, this is fun for you, and I truly appreciate you visiting this site! I will try my best to review as many products as possible!!
